nighttime/Sunday uses and. the temporary nature of the request, Staff believes that there is adequate <br />parking for the proposed temporary place of assembly. In the event that additional parking is required, <br />there is additional parking area in the truck maneuvering area in the rear of the building that can be used. <br />Staff will confirm with the Applicant that this area can serve as overflow parking. <br />The existing structure will need some exterior modifications by reconfiguring the entrance area with <br />double doors. All modifications, both interior and exterior, will require the issuance of a Building Permit <br />from the City prior to any construction commencing. The exit plans for the facility will be reviewed in <br />more detail with the Building Permit.
