Absent: None. <br />Case #8: STAFF UPDATE <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan presented Case #8. <br />Due to time constraints, the staff update was abbreviated. <br />New Business Prospects: Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan explained that there <br />may be some interest in a biotech incubator facility to be located in Ramsey. The EDA is <br />interested in learning more about this business prospect. <br />Veteran's Administration Project: Efforts continue with staff, JE Dunn and Landform. <br />Allina Clinic: Construction is planned fora 28,500 SF building at Sunwood Drive NW and <br />Ramsey Blvd NW. <br />Former Ralph's Gun and Pawn (6101 Hwy 10): This building will be coming down. <br />Former Auto RV Ranch (7665 Hwy 10): This building will be coming down. <br />MEMBER INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Member Skaff, seconded by Member LeTourneau, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried.
