The <br />Housing Committee is particularly interested in responding to the increasing need for affordable <br />senior housing in the community. <br /> <br />During the regular Housing Committee meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2003 the Committee <br />formally requested the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority work with the City <br />of Ramsey to explore options for a new senior housing project, possibly in the proposed Town <br />Center development or near the commercial node at 167th Ave NW and Highway 47. <br /> <br />The City is interested in working with the Anoka County HRA in order to meet the City's senior <br />housing needs. <br /> <br />Thank you, <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />James E.
