Memo <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Ramsey Housing Committee <br /> <br />Amy Geisler <br /> <br />03/14/03 <br /> <br />Staff update - Sunfish Lake park planning <br /> <br />At its 2/20/03 meeting, the Housing Committee' discussed development options for the City- <br />owned property west of Sunfish Lake, as well as the possibility of allocating park dedication <br />funds from the Village at Sunfish Lake project for this property. At its 3/13/03 meeting, the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission reviewed the case and recommended a portion of the <br />Village at Sunfish Lake park dedication fi,rods be allocated to this project. The Commission <br />also approved a request for proposals (RFP) for concept planning for the property west of <br />Sunfish Lake. The RFP will include an analysis of existing and future park and recreation <br />needs in the vicinity of Sunfish Lake. <br /> <br /> <br />
