Subd. 13. Prohibiting Inside Connection of External Appliances. It <br />shall be unlawful for the owner of any multiple dwelling to allow electrical drop cords, <br />extension cords or any electrical wire to run from any electrical outlet from inside the <br />multiple dwelling for service to an electrical appliance outside of a multiple dwelling. <br />}~/l~at about Christmas lights or occasional use cfa drill? <br /> <br /> Subd. 14. Snow removal. The association of any common interest <br />facility or the owner of any rental facility, either directly or through the owner's agent,' <br />operator, or manager, shall be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all walks, steps, <br />drives, and parking areas free of any ice or any snow accumulations of two (2) or more <br />inches within twenty-four (24) hours of the storm's completion. <br /> <br />8.60.05 Immediate Health and Safety Hazards. The following are considered <br />immediate hazards to health and safety for human occupancy: <br /> <br />ac <br /> <br />Heating systems that are unsafe due to: burned out or rusted out heat <br />exchanges (fire box); burned out or plugged flues; not being vented <br />Pr0perlv (except an electric); being connected with unsafe gas <br />supplies, failing to meet the minimum heating standards set forth in <br />~ .~8. 60. 03 Subd. 8 of this Chapter. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Water heaters that are unsafe due to: burned out or rusted out heat <br />exchanges (fire box); burned out, rusted out, or plugged flues; not <br />being vented ~i'~'~]~l~ (except an electric); being connected with <br />unsafe gas supplies; or lack of temperature and pressure relief <br />valves. <br /> <br />Electrical systems that are unsafe due to: dangerous overloading; <br />damaged or deteriorated equipment; improperly taped or spliced <br />wiring; exposed or non insulated wires not insulated; distribution <br />systems of extension cords or other temporary methods, ungrounded <br />system, ungrounded appliances in contact with earth. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Plumbing systems that are inoperable or unsanitaw due to: leaking <br />waste systems, fixtures, and traps; lack of a water closet; lack of <br />washing and bathing facilities; cross connection of pure water supply <br />with fixtures of sewage lines, or system failure. <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> <br />
