o <br /> <br />Active agriculture vehicles and equipment necessary to sustain agricultural <br />uses are allowed and not required to be parked on prepared surfaces or <br />screened. <br /> <br />Private and/or commercial use type motor vehicles and equipment shall <br />not be parked on a parcel unless said personal property is owned or leased <br />by a person residing on the parcel, or owned or leased by the employer of <br />a person residing on the parcel. The Minnesota Department of Motor <br />Vehicles registration records shall be used to determine the owner of <br />registered vehicles and/or equipment and said owner's address. <br /> <br />9.11.09 Off-street Parking Spaces Required. Off-street parking spaces shall be <br />provided in accordance with the specifications in this City Code in any district whenever any <br />new use is established or existing use is enlarged. Screening as described in {}9.11.09 herein may <br />be required where it is necessary to protect the aesthetic characteristics of residential <br />neighborhoods (one space equals 300 square feet). <br /> <br />Subd. 1. One space for each 250 square feet of floor <br /> space. Parking at each service pump <br /> qualifies as a parking space for calculation <br /> purposes. <br /> <br />Drive-ins .................................................................... At least 15 spaces for those serving food and <br /> refreshments and at least 10 spaces for all <br /> others <br /> <br />Hospitals .................................................................... One space for each four beds and an <br /> additional space for each employee <br /> <br />Industrial ....................................................................
