Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, 'Councilmembers Look, McGlone, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and Wise. Voting No: None.. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 8: 13 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8: 13 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if drainage probl~ms would be addressed with this proposal. <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski responded drainage problems would be addressed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to maintain the proposed <br />assessment the way it was contained in the Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Review and Adopt 2010 Tax Levy and General Fund Budget <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adopt Resolution 09-12-277 <br />Resolution Adopting the 2009, Payable 2010 Municipal Tax Levy and to adopt Resolution 09- <br />12-27.8 Resolution Adopting the 2010 City of Ramsey General Fund Operating Budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone, and Wise.
