As I have said before t4ese <br />,mature trees ~re mostlikely 60~80 years old and range from 60 to 75'feettall. <br />They can be seen from all over the n~ighborhood, an~ are part Of what we con- <br />sider to be the "essentiaL character" of our neighborhood. The.ir destruction would <br />reduce property values and impact the neighborhooc;l negatively and their removal <br />is complicated by the size ,and direction of their growth towards my hoine, making <br />removal by cutting a dangerous and VelY expensive task that should not be neces~' <br />smyif my variance is granted.
