oRDINANCE #03-33 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN: NESOTA. AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9.24 "TREE PRESERVATION", TO CHAP- TER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary, of Ordinance #03-33 has been approved, by the City Council of tile City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent ' and effect of the Ordinance. It 'is the intent and effect, of Ordinance #03.33 to amend Ram~ey :City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning find Subdivision of Land) to add a section to establish regulations and guidelines that will address tree preservation standards. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinande is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
