Applicant Privacy <br />Minnesota Statute 13.601, Subdivision 3, states that the following data about applicants <br />for appointment to a public body are public: name; city of residence; education and <br />training; employment history; volunteer work; awards and honors; and, prior government <br />service. <br />Please be mindful of this provision in state statutes and the fact that City <br />representatives are limited to sharing only public information about <br />applicants for boards and commissions. <br />Action Items <br />Select five applicants for each vacancy to be interviewed by the full City Council. <br />Select interview date. <br />Attachments <br />Alphabetical list of applicants <br />Applications (for City Council, City Administrator and Dep.
