Building and Restroom Cleaning <br />1. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning all identified Ramsey Park Facilities which includes the Park <br />Center building and Concession Stand at Central Park, and the bathroom at Emerald Pond Park. (See <br />Supplement C for a detailed list). <br />2. Contractor is responsible for sweeping, mopping and the cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors and sinks. <br />3. Contractor is also responsible for emptying park facility trash cans and providing and keeping all soap, <br />toilet paper and paper towel dispensers fully stocked. Specs on materials: Toilet paper must be septic and <br />sewer safe. Paper towels are single fold Georgia Pacific model 20786. The hand soap is Proforce Commercial <br />Products anti - bacterial soap or approved equal. <br />4. Contractor is also responsible for keeping all surrounding surfaces clean. This includes counters, tables, <br />walls, floors, ceilings and baby changing stations as needed to maintain a clean and presentable facility. <br />5. Facilities need to be cleaned according to the schedule detailed in Supplements A, B, and C. (A detailed list <br />of what needs to be cleaned is included in Supplement B.) <br />6. Park facilities are open to the public from April 1st to October 31st. Keys will be provided to the contractor <br />to gain entrance as well as lock overrides. Below is a list of park facilities current hours.
