<br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance {; 10-_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 117. (Zoning <br />and SubdivisiOJ,ls) Section 117-614 (Subdivision Design Standards) to require individual <br />municipal sanitary . sewer and water services in order to protect individual units in multi-unit <br />buildings from interruption of service . due to vacant dwelling units. In addition, Duplex, . <br />Townhouse, Twinhome, and Quad Dwellings designed for separate ownership of. individual <br />dwelling units shall be required to subdivide each unit separately through the City's subdivision <br />ordinance.
