<br />... <br /> <br />",' -, .... <br /> <br />The following items are wha~ we feel should be covered in the agreement: <br /> <br />1) Escrow Account Deposit of $500 to be paid prior to any fur- <br />ther consideration by the City. <br /> <br />2) Correct and resubmit the site plan as required by ordinance <br />in regards to the on-site septic systems, trees and shrubs. <br /> <br />J) Submit completed plans to include structural, mechanical <br />and electrical plans at such time as a building permit is re- <br />quested. <br /> <br />4) Establish exterior building design for 'all exposures. <br /> <br />5) Install blacktop, curb and paint building prior to <br />September 1, 1982. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6) Provide sod on the areas designated in Phase I construction <br />prior to October 15, 1982. <br /> <br />7) Other items as may be requested by the City Council. <br /> <br />--i4i=~~ <br /> <br />. <br />
