The funds were for the operation pf two commuter coach buses (57 <br />passenger) that will provide four- a.m, and four- p.m. peak express service from Ramsey Town <br />Center to Minneapolis. <br />The TlP has the project listed as follows: <br />Year 2009 CM-05-10AC1 $408,518 <br />Year 2010 CM-05-10AC2 $416,300 <br />Year 2011 CM-OS-10AC3 $416,300 <br />Federal Match <br />Local Match <br />$1,241,118 <br />$ 310,279 <br />The Ramsey Star Express bus operation began in January 2007.
