The remaining $26,000 would be funded from the Public Improvement Revolving <br />(PIR) fund. <br />Recommendation: <br />On a two to one vote the Public Works Committee recommended that the closure modifications <br />at 142 Avenue be made permanent and that staff continue to work with the MnDot to improve <br />the safety at the intersection of TH 47 and 142 Avenue by realigning the left turning lane to be <br />directly opposing.
