Motion: <br />Motion to approve the JPA with Anoka County for the reconstruction of CSAH 116 between Basalt and <br />Germanium Streets. <br />-and - <br />Motion to authorize staff to sign the final construction plan set if no significant changes are proposed. <br />-and - <br />Motion to authorize the City Administrator to sign the JPA once the City Attorney has reviewed and <br />accepted it as it relates to legal matters. <br />-or- <br />Motion to request that Anoka County turnback CSAH 116 to the City. <br />-or- <br />Motion to direct staff to write a letter to Anoka County requesting that the project be terminated and the <br />$3.7 M in federal money returned. <br />Attachments: <br />Draft JPA <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Public Works Direct •r <br />CC: 3/9/10 <br />
