We have to get these studies finalized. b) Ramsey Landfill Stu~ This is a study that is being done by Barr Engineering and I will have confirmation on this Tuesday night. The study was to be completed in August, however, the County expanded the scope of the study so when it is due I don't lmow. (c) Site and Design Plan Ordinance - This has not been finalized by the City as of this date. d) Mining ,Ordinance -' This has been adopted but still needs additional language. . e) City Brochure - We still haven't completed this project. ----'----'" //f) Acquisiti'on of land adjacent to City Hall - I guess this has been dropped from the City project schedule. I ~\ 'g) Industrial Blvd. Extension - It appears nothing is going , to be accomplished on this project until the Schenk property comes in for platting. h) Title to River Property Along Highway #47 - This still has not been completed, but is in progress. The City Attorney can address this case. i) City Policy :Manual - This has not been completed due to lack of time. . j) Grading Forst Hideaway Park - This project did not get com- pleted in 1980. k) Grants - This City'is now working on the following grants: A- ?{l ...-1'"( 1) Economic Development Administration Grant to construct I YIP, a multi recreation facility - Councilman Cox will be able o address this project at the meeti~ Community Development Block Grant Anoka County - We applying for a grant to remodel the lowest section of able to address this (3) Federal Grant for Rum River Bridge Crossing - This project is a County project, however, City Engineer Raatikka has covered it in his report. // (4) Methane Gas Project Grant - This is an Anoka County project whereby they are securing a Federal grant to harness
