. .\5. J. Meadowbrook Estates: Final plat approved by council last fall. However, developer has not signed a performance bond or filed the plat. Ramse~ Ridge: Preliminary plat recommended for approval in December of 19 0 by the planning and zoning commission. Verndale Commercial Park: Preliminary plat recommend for approval on January 6, 1981 by the planning and zoning commission. Hy-10 Ramsey: Preliminary plat recommended for approval on January 6, 1981, by the planning and zoning commission. K. L. M. 3. 1980 Street Projects: A. Projects 80-1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 8 have been completed with the exception of minor repairs and clean-up. 4. B. Projects 80-9, 10, 11, 12 & 14 have been completed with the exception of minor repairs and clean-up. C~ Tungsten Street Overlay and Catch Basin: The project has been completed with the exception of final grading and clean-up. D. Projects 80-15 and 16 have been paved and final restoration is scheduled for next spring. Rum River Bridge Crossing: The revised Environmental Assessment was submitted to the Minnesota Department of Transportation in November of 1980. Presently it is being reviewed by them and the Federal Highway Administration. CAB lnterceptor: The last CAB Committee meeting was held on December 18, 1980. John Harrington from the Met Council Staff stated he will be recommending both the construction of the CAB and expansion of the Anoka Treatment Plant to the 201 Advisory Committee, the Physical Development Committee and the Met Council. This is contrary to the 201 Facility Plan final recommendations; which called for the phase-out of the Anoka Plant. Reasons for expanding the Anoka plants are because the Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant is not meeting standards, the Minneapolis East Interceptor is overloaded and with the phase-out of the Anoka Plant the Metro Plant would become overloaded prior to the end of the planning period. The Anoka portion of the CAB WqS also discussed and construction is scheduled to start in April 1981 and be completed by the fall of 1982. This would provide Ramsey with its first connection; however, it appears that Ramsey won't receive its second connection until after 1985. There is supposed to be a meeting with Met Council and the elected officials from the involved communities later this month. 6... Airport Study: We are presently working on the final report.'
