Street Improvement Project 79-2~ Variolite Street: Waiting for attorney to complete easement acquisition so we can submit a request for reimbursement from MSAS funds. 2. Status of Subdvisions: 4It A. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Developer waiting on resolving County Ditch No. 43 problem before completing drainage ditch in this plat. B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer is waiting for the County to vacate the portion of County Ditch No. 43 which crosses the plat. A hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m.~ Tuesday~ January 13~ 1981 by the County Board. . C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: This plat is presently on hold. D. Pineview Estates: Project work completed with the exception of required maintenance due to erosion. Developer failed to complete the work last year~ therefore City may have to complete work and assess cost to developer next spring. E. Gateway North Ind. Park No.2: Developer has completed the work on the project. Paving was to be delayed until utilities are installed as decided by the City Council. F. Pondvale Estates: The preliminary plat was approved by the Council on October 28~ 1980. G. Trott Brook Estates: Project has been completed with the exception of minor restoration work and installation of street signs. H. Pine Hills North: Project complete with the exception of some ditch work and clean-up. The completion date on this project was September 30~ 1980. Therefore~ City may have to complete work and assess cost to developer next spring. I. Alpaca Estates: Construction work presently shut down for the winter. The completion date for all improvements is September 1~ 1982. ~~-~
