Poundmaster will provide assistance (such as the capture <br /> <br />and return of straying or escaped pets or other animals) to individual <br /> <br />animal owners living within the City or County at the rates set <br /> <br />forth in Paragraph 10. Poundmaster hereby authorizes the City or <br /> <br />County to inform individual animal owners that they may call upon <br /> <br />poundmaster for such assistance. Services performed for individual <br /> <br />animal owners will be biled directly to the owner by the poundmaster. <br /> <br /> <br />10. The City shall pay poundmaster at the following rates for <br /> <br />services provided by poundmaster hereunder: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a.
