December Regular Council Meetin~ <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec informed everyone that the one meeting in December will be <br />on December 16, 1980 because the bills would have to be taken care of. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />schedule the regular council meeting for December on December 16, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Proposed Use for Revenue Sharin~ for 1981 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg <br />to schedule a Budget Hearing on the use of Revenue Sharing to be held <br />at the regular council meeting-December 16, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />2. Campaign Signs Reimbursements <br /> <br />Howard Nelson did not take his signs down in time so he will forfeit <br />reimbursement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />approve reimbursement of candidates who had a deposit with the City <br />in regards to their campaign signs. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Re uest for Reimbursement of De sit for Mobile Home. Case of <br />Mr. Thomas Primus 16 1 Yitrium Street <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said City Staff should send them a letter stating the <br />City will send a refund but there is an outstanding ba1ance.of $300. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Cox to <br />reimburse $300 deposit of Mr. Thomas Primus for mobile home. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />4. Metal Detector <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded qy Councilman Reimann to <br />adopt Res91ution #80- 157 accepting quote which was from A1binson's, <br />Inc. in the amount of $529.00 for a Schonstedt He1if1ux Magnetic <br />Locator. <br /> <br />CJNovember 25, 1980 <br />Page 12 <br />
