Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #80-~. <br /> <br />Mayor Garnec said there was only one local firm that the City could get <br />a bid on and this firm is good. <br /> <br />5. Minnesota Health Departments Report on Drinking Water Sample <br />Takenat Residences py Landfill <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said the tests carne back on the other wells in regard to the <br />landfill and Ms. Ritchie said they were way under the level that would <br />be a concern. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the report was not clear enough to <br />lay people and the concern was not specifically addressed. <br /> <br />,Councilman Cox said if he lived by the landfill and saw that some had <br />9.0 and he had 5.0, he would wonder what the difference was. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said they won't give a concern level, and they didn't show <br />the nitrates either. He directed City Administrator Schnelle to get <br />back to Ms. Ritchie and ask her if she could come up with a figure <br />regarding the level of concern. <br /> <br />6. City Attorney Regarding Holker Hazardous Buildings; and Regarding <br />Inaccurate Legal Description of Lot 7 Block 2 Klemish Addition <br /> <br />Motion Qy Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />direct City Attorney Goodrich to proceed with the hazardous building <br />action again Holker. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion Qy Councilman Sorteberg and Seconded Qy Councilman Reimann <br />directing City Attorney Goodrich to execute a quit claim deed to <br />resolve the inaccurate recording of legal description Lot 7 Block 2 <br />. Klemish Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />7. Permit to Construct a Garage; Case of Louis Graves, 6)14 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said the main problem is basically the amount of outside <br />storage of other materials. Also, a lot of outside storage should be included. <br /> <br />Mrs. Graves who was present said the outside storage materials was the <br />reason for wanting the building. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recommended they come in and work with Building Official Berg <br />and an agreement would have to be made. <br /> <br />) Mrs. Graves ?aid they wanted to put up a 2% car garage. <br /> <br />C/November 25, 1980 <br />Page 1) <br />
