This would make the overall length of the street approximately <br />900 feet. Present city ordinances limitcul-de:"sacs to a maximum length of 600 <br />feet. However, in reviewing the surrounding street patterns in the area, this <br />cul-d('-sac could be eliminated by connecting Hagn-esium Street to l42nd Avenue at <br />the tine the Hoffman property is developed. <br /> <br />~rior to acceptance of the street by the city we would recommend that the street be <br />upgraded or the property owners provi de a performance._ f:>Qnd g.nd enter into a performance <br />contract with the city to guarantee the completion of the improvements. <br /> <br />.. <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Upon completion of the work the property ewners should furnish a maintenance bond for <br />a period of one year to insure that the road is upgraded satisfactorily.
