However. <br />it appears that a portion of the runoff ponds on parcel 670 as shown on the <br />half section map during periods of heavy rainfall and prior to the spring thaw. <br /> <br />To upgrade this street to meet present city standards would require extensive grading <br />and construction. Ultimately we would recommend constructing this street in conformance <br />, with the city's standard suburban street section which is 32 feet in width. However. <br />since the street is located in the Urban Planning District we would not recommend <br />major upgrading of the street until utilities have been constructed. <br /> <br />If the city elects to accept the street as a city street we would recommend the <br />following requirements be met: <br /> <br />1. The landowners dedicate a 66 foot wide street easement over the entire length <br />of the street and a 130 foot diameter easement at the north end of the street <br />for a cul~de-sac. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. u darrell schneider II richard sha <br />
