D0n Greenberg- Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg ~as present with the sketch plan for the industrial park <br />(Gateway North), and a request to be allowed to have class 5 roads until <br />sewer and water available. Mr. Greenbere was informed that the Council <br />has det~rJ?1ined the timetatle on paved roads for the plat Ramsey 67. Mr. <br />Greenberg explained that Nate Punch & Die and Be Be, Inc.-had already <br />asked to purchRse adjacent lot and outlot, ond that a party wanted to <br />be able to build on Lot 2, Blk 2 before winter. (Uniform r'~anufacturinl?: <br />business presently beinc conducted in home in Ramsey). ~r. Greenberg <br />will try to have necessary information for Public Eeerin[ in Septerr:ber, <br />and there was discussion of havine final prepared at same time for'pre- <br />sentation to Council at same meeting. Mr. Greenberg was informed that <br />he TIould probably have to construct roads before any permits would be <br />allowed. As it was oeterlliined that Industrial Blvd. roadway was f,iven <br />in lieu of Park land, this plat should not have to be reviewed by P & R, <br />but that they should be notified of this. <br /> <br />It~!'1 7. Nisc. <br /> <br />Kathy Schneider asked Al Sorteberg if he had read the minutes from P & R <br />and if he was in agreement with their decision regarding Park dedication. <br />Art Dunn stated that he felt they did not fully understAnd the problem as <br />it pertains to Ra~sey. It was the consensus of the Commission to invite <br />P & R to the September 5th meeting. <br /> <br />A~proval of Minutes <br />Motion by Al Sorteberg, seconded by Gerry Zimmerman to annrove the minutes <br />of July 10th as read. Motion carried 5-0. Ron West abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West, seconded by Art D1mn to approve the ninutes 0 f July 31, <br />1978 as read. Motion carried 4-0. Gerry Zimmerman and Kathy Schneider <br />abstained. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn, seconded by Al Sorteberg to adjourn.
