At ~east 300 feet from the OHW for watercourses (top of bank). Outside the 100 year flood- plain. No connection with sur- ficial or buried drift aquifers. Located away from recharge areas to majo~ bedrock aquifers. Bedrock aequifer.formations covered by at least 10 meters of unconsolidated ma terial. Shale or undisturbed very fine grained sedimentary formations. Fractured limestone or dolomites with overburden at least 10 meters of low permeab!~ mat~rials (less than 10 em/see). Les~ De~irable On a water basin or within 1,000 feet of its OHW. On or within 300 feet of the OHW of a watercourse. Witbin tbe 100 year Clood- plain.
