'!bat the Minnesota PCA requires I for the concentration of cows the <br />applicant proposes, a feed lot pennit. <br /> <br />6. That because of the nature of cows, there is a tendancy for them to <br />draw flies, insects and rodents. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7. '!hat the present Iretal corrugated fence on the applicant I s property <br />which fence separates the applicant' s property and her neighbors to the 'West <br />is nnsightly, nndesirable and obnoxious. <br /> <br />8. '!bat if properly regulated and operated, the feedlot proposed by <br />applicant will not substantially injure or nnduly restrict the enjoynent <br />of other property in the irrrrediate vicinity i that the present operation <br />has diminished the adjacent property values, but there is no finding that this <br />has substantially irrpaired said values. <br /> <br />9. '!bat drainage is a potential problem with the operation, but this <br />problem can be contain,ed by corrpliance with the PCA feedlot permit. <br /> <br />10. '!hat the applicant I s proposal will carrply with all applicable regula- <br />tions of the zoning district assuming that the PeA feedlot pennit is carplied <br />with, and conditions of a proposed conditional use pennit are carplied with. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />11. '!hat the city' s building depart:nent and fire marshall can adequately <br />assure appropriate fire protecticn. <br /> <br />12. '!bat the use will create no electrical disturbance, noise and/or <br />vibration disturbances. <br /> <br />13.
