<br />MJI'ION <br /> <br />That based on the above Ffudings of Fact the Plannfug Ccmnision reccmrends <br />to the City Conncil that the City enter into a conditional use permit agreerrent <br />between Mrs. Nugent and the City and that when said agreerrent is executed by <br />all parties, a conditicna1 use permit be issued to the applicant to confonn <br />with the agreenent, and that said conditional use permit agreerrent contained <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant supply a drawing of where the aninals will re located <br />in the garden and cerrent slab, including neasurerrents. <br /> <br />2. Nurrber of anirrals not to exceed 50 contfugent upon the acceptability <br />of that parcel to handle that arronnt of cattle as determined by the PCA permit. <br /> <br />3. Applicant must obtafu a PCA feedlot permit and corrp1y with the condi- <br />tions set forth therein. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. The present pig operation to be phased out by .May 1, 1981 after <br />,:i ,1Nhich t.iJre no pigs will be permitted on any of the subject premises. <br /> <br />;c__s <br /> <br />5. The existfug corrugated steel fence will be rerroved by Jnne 1,1981. <br /> <br />6. The maximum mmber of permitted cows contained on the 4.9 acre site <br />will be there for an approximately 2-rronth period each spring. In no event <br />shall the cattle re an the 4.9 acre site later than 11:iy 15th of each year, <br />with the exception of one milk GeM which may be maintained on this site <br />during the entire year. If nnusual seasonal circumstances require, the appli- <br />cant may request of the City Conncil permission to keep the cattle on the 4.9 <br />acre site after the May 15th deadline. <br /> <br />7. There will be no manure spreading in the Ford Brook flood plain <br />or west of said flood plain. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8. The applicant will provide and inplenent an insect and rodent <br />prevention plan. <br /> <br />9. There will be no manure stock piling on the 4.9 acre site and the <br />manure will re cleaned so as not to cause a: nuisance and shall be cleaned <br />at . a mini.rnum of at least once every two weeks. <br /> <br />10. The conditional use permit shall be issued only to the present <br />applicant and will not run with the land. <br /> <br />11. . This permit where applicable shall apply to the Dill property such <br />that the applicant can maintain cows on said property. <br /> <br />M:>tion carried.
