M::>tion carried. and Harry Ellis. voting Yes. Kathy Schneider, Art Dunn, Benjamin Deener, Ron vest Kenneth Peterson abstained. Dave Hexan noving in a box car Mr. and Mrs. Dave Hexom were present at the neeting and stated that they had rroved in the box car and intended to use it as an office and shop and storage in oonnection with a business of selling railroad ties. They said they were willing to go back and rreet whatever requirerrents are necessary to bring it to Ce><:E so that they nay be able to use the box car. . Mr. Hexom stated that he had a three year lease with an option for an additional three years on the land from General Mills, who CMIlS the property on which the OOX car is located. The ccmnission recx:mTeI1ds that Mr. Hexom get together with the building inspector and get a copy of the ordinance and see a planner and care back wi th the planner and see the building inspector and then get a site plan drawn and back to the city and that this should l:e done l:efore the corrmissions regular neeting of February 3rd or that if this is not done that the box car l:e rerroved then. M:>tion .by Ben Deener to have the City Council table the Hexcm natter set for their Decerrber16, 1980 rreeting until their first rreeting in February at which tinE they will receive the final action by the oorrrnission in this natter.
