Dunn says the Nugents should obtain a feed lot plan, where the manure will J:e <br />put, etc. Will they take precautions to prevent water fram running off where the <br />pigs are into the creek. <br /> <br />Mr. [Berrer says that he talked to Mr. Tharpson of the PCA relative to a letter <br />the City received in June of 1980. PeA is concerned only with the four <br />acres and. not the Dill property. They have no regulations on cattle grazing <br />just on cattle confinerrent and hand fed, etc. <br /> <br />1'15. Blake says Ms. Nugent is willing to get a permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson asks do you have any comrents Ns. The new ordinance nov,r allows city council and planning and zoning <br />board to issue a conditional U:'>e permit by drawing a contract between you <br />and the city whereby you can nCM have SCIre cattle. <br /> <br />Mr. Dlm.n wants to knCM if it (the conditional use permit) runs with the <br />property . <br /> <br />l-1r. Goodrich says no it does not. <br /> <br />Ms. Nugent wants to know if Mrs. Dill would have to get a conditional <br />use pennit to run cattle on her property? <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich says yes. <br /> <br />Ms. Blake says that if they are considering the anount of cattle for the <br />agreerrent to please put in a range fram 30 to 50 as she will have cows <br />calfing during the spring. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson, Chainnan closed the public hearing at 8: 30 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />
