Their present fee schedule has a multiplier of 2.5 with the maximum hourly rate of $28.00 per hour. They now want a mu.tiplier of 2.75 with the maximum hourly rate of $40.00 per hour. Please refer to enclosure (Dl-b) for Consulting Engineers Diversified,- Inc. letter dated July 23,19S0 and proposed con- tract. .
