Please refer to enclosure (D2-a) City <br />Engineer Raatikka's letter dated December 22, 1980. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />the partial pay estimate #4 (Projects #80-9, 80-10, 80-11 and <br />80-12). If you disapprove you should state your reasons why <br />you are disapproving of it. <br /> <br />Council motion if approving payment should read as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilp~ . ~. and seconded <br />by Councilperson .(\ . to authorize payment of <br />City Engineers Partial Pay Estimate #4 dated December 11, <br />1980 in the amount of $17,998.79 based on the City Engineer's <br />letter dated December 22, 1980 which is contained in en- <br />closure (D2-a) of this agenda dated January 13, 1981. <br /> <br />Further to authorize Mayor Gamec to sign the partial pay <br />estimate #4 dated December 11, 1980 in the amount of <br />$17,998.79. <br /> <br />
