Voting yes no Voting OAKRIDGE ESTATES PLAT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Enclosure (D2-b) contains City Engineer Raatikka's letter dated January 6, 1981 which finalized out the Oakridge Estates Plat. The following costs were involved in this take over project: Engineering - Construction - $ 1,070.58 $ 9,310.50 $10,381.08 Total Cost - The City of Ramsey will be billing the First National Bank of Anoka as that is who held the letter of Credit #148. Conncil Action: Your action, if you approve of the above, will be to note that the City has finalized the above stated plat. Further, Conncil should adopt the following motion: Motion by Councilperso and seconded by Conncilperson to approve of calling in the Letter of Credi 14 in the amount of $10,000 which is held by the First National Bank of Anoka to cover the following costs involved in finalizing the Oakridge Plat in accordance with the Development Contract that the City of Ramsey executed with the Developer: Engineering - Construction - Total Cost - $ 1,070.58 $ 9,310.50 $10, 38l:JL08 Voting yes ,Il -" , Voting Motion ., rried. no Ai ''(J RECOUPMENT OF LOST HOURS IN THE ASSESSING AREA; REQUEST FOR: Council on November 25, 1980 directed the City Assessor to use a 5% increase in lieu of the 7% increase recommended by the AnokaCounty Assessor when raising market valuations. Consequently, the Council reversed this action at their meet- ing on December 29, 1980 we lost another 40 hours of work which has put our City Assessor deeper in the quagmire. We are going to need authorization to grant another 240 hours above the 200 hours you have already granted to the City Assessor for parttime help.
