The following costs were involved in this take over <br />project: <br /> <br />Engineering - <br />Construction - <br /> <br />$ 1,070.58 <br />$ 9,310.50 <br /> <br />$10,381.08 <br /> <br />Total Cost - <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey will be billing the First National Bank of <br />Anoka as that is who held the letter of Credit #148. <br /> <br />Conncil Action: Your action, if you approve of the above, will <br />be to note that the City has finalized the above stated plat. <br />Further, Conncil should adopt the following motion: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilperso and seconded <br />by Conncilperson to approve of calling <br />in the Letter of Credi 14 in the amount of $10,000 which <br />is held by the First National Bank of Anoka to cover the <br />following costs involved in finalizing the Oakridge Plat <br />in accordance with the Development Contract that the City <br />of Ramsey executed with the Developer: <br /> <br />Engineering - <br />Construction - <br /> <br />Total Cost - <br /> <br />$ 1,070.58 <br />$ 9,310.50 <br /> <br />$10, 38l:JL08 <br /> <br />Voting yes ,Il <br /> <br />-" , <br /> <br />Voting <br /> <br />Motion ., rried. <br />no Ai ''(J <br /> <br />RECOUPMENT OF LOST HOURS IN THE ASSESSING AREA; REQUEST FOR: <br /> <br />Council on November 25, 1980 directed the City Assessor to use <br />a 5% increase in lieu of the 7% increase recommended by the <br />AnokaCounty Assessor when raising market valuations. <br /> <br />Consequently, the Council reversed this action at their meet- <br />ing on December 29, 1980 we lost another 40 hours of work which <br />has put our City Assessor deeper in the quagmire. We are going <br />to need authorization to grant another 240 hours above the 200 <br />hours you have already granted to the City Assessor for parttime <br />help. <br />
