CASE 5: . CASE #6: . CASE #7: Council Action: I want this to be noted in the minutes that the Council is aware that there is a considerable delay in receiving our tax settlements as indicated above. I guess the appropriate action would be to go to our County Commissioner and ask him to correct this problem. ANOKA COUNTY REGARDING CHALLENGE OF FEDERAL CENSUS POPULATION: Enclosure (D2-d) contains a letter from Anoka County dated January 5, 1981 in regards to continuing the challenge of the 1980 census in Anoka County. Ramsey took those extra precautions in the Census County last summer and hired a person to double check the Federal Census takers population numbers. Consequently, the party we hired did check out the numbers and she was very satisfied with the Federal Census population numbers and this fact was reported back to the City Council. Consequently, if there is a problem with the County Census, it is not in the City of Ramsey. In view of this, I don't see any reason we should get involved in this challenging of the Federal Census. Q.Quncil Action: Request you input on this matter -- that is if you want to get more involved. I don't see any reason for us to get more involved. GRAVES SITE AND DESIGN PLAN AGREEMENT: Enclosure (D2-e) contains the Graves Site and Design plan agree- ment for Council review and action. Further to authorize the Mayor and City Admini- strator to sign said agreement. Motion carried.
