Council Action: Your action should be to note thesel staff reports. BLAINE-MIDW.AY ALL PETS, INC. PROPOSED AGREEMENT FOR 1981: Enclosure (D2-g) contains the above firms contract. It also has a provision in it to handle horses, cows, etc. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/ amend.
