6. That the Subject Property is zoned R -1 Rural Developing. <br />7. That the adjacent properties are also zoned R -1 Rural Developing. <br />8. That the Subject Property consists of approximately 3.25 acres, containing a fenced area <br />100 feet by 100 feet square and also has a privacy fence screening the property from St. <br />Francis Blvd. <br />9. That the Applicant is proposing to maintain a maximum of six (6) dogs on the Subject <br />Property including one (1) German Shepherd, one (1) Doberman/German Shepherd mix, and <br />two (2) Alaskan Huskies that belong to the Applicant and two (2) additional German <br />Shepherds that belong to a potential roommate of the Applicant, Mr. Swinton. <br />10. That the Applicant has licensed his four dogs with the City, and copies of the licenses are <br />herein attached as Exhibit A. <br />11. That Mr. Swinton will also need to have his dogs licensed with the City. <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br />16. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br />17. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br />18. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses to any persons, property, or the <br />general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or <br />odors. <br />19.
