Consider Request for Sidewalk Installation along 150th Lane NW - RatifY the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and authorize staff to investigate the option for installation of a sidewalk along the north side of150th Lane NW from Nowthen Boulevard NW to connect with the existing sidewalks within the Meadows subdivision along Helium Street - AND - direct staff to identify potential funding sources for sidewalks and present a case at a future meeting - AND - direct staff to contact the school to see if they could contribute to this project and also discuss with them the internal traffic circulation on their site. b. Review ~urlington Northern Sante Fe (BNSF) Arsenic Clean-Up Request and Approve Proposed Plan - no action necessary. c. Consider Lighting Requirements at Street Crosswalks - Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and authorize staff to prepare individual cost proposals for crosswalks for future review and consideration from the Council. d. Review Proposed 2010 Street Maintenance Plan - Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and direct staff to prepare a feasibility study for the 2010 Street Maintenance Program consistent with the recommendation of the City Council. e. Request Anoka County to Have a Speed Study Performed on CR57 between Highway 10 and Bunker Lake Boulevard - Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and direct staff to meet with the County to discuss the whistle zone, medians, and speed limits for the segment of Sunfish Lake Boulevard between THIO and Bunker Lake Boulevard 5.16 Report from Personnel Committee a. Consider a Title Change from Administrative Sergeant to Lieutenant - Adopt Resolution #10-02-048 Approving a Title Change from Administrative Sergeant to Lieutenant. b. Consider a Resolution to End Probationary Period for a Patrol Sergeant - Adopt Resolution #10-02-049 ending the probationaryperiodfor a Patrol Sergeant. 5.17 Report from Finance Committee a.
