Attorney Goodrich responded anytime the City assigns a company a responsibility, the City would have some liability if that company did not do a good job. Park Supervisor Riverblood noted the City would still have the responsibility to look at the park equipment regularly and the contractor would be spot checked as the staffwas spot-checked. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Elvig, Dehen, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Jeffrey and McGlone. 7.05: Consider Offer to Lease Property Located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW (Continued) City Administrator Ulrich requested a special Council meeting be held on March 2 to reconsider the Lease Agreement with Anoka County. Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to reconsider the motion. Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Wise, and Dehen. Voting No: Councilmember Elvig. Absent: Councilmembers Jeffrey and McGlone. Motion by Coimcilmember Look, seconded by Counciimember Wise, to postpone the consideration to lease property located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW to March 2, 2010 at a Special Council meeting.
