<br />5. MS Society Mud Run <br /> <br />Park Supervisor Riverblood stated the MS Society would like to have a Mud Run on the second <br />or third Saturday of September, 2010. He indicated this could bring in over 1,000 people into the <br />City for this event. He noted this could become an annual event. He indicated City resources <br />would not be required. Council's consensus was for staff to investigate the event further with the <br />MS Society. <br /> <br />6. Connexus <br /> <br />City Engineer' Himmer stated at Commons Park Connexus already had the electrical parts <br />ordered for this project. He indicated Connexus would be responsible for the lights, but the City <br />would pay for the installation. He asked the Council if Connexus could come in under a quote <br />process. He indicated he had discussed this with the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated he did not have an issue with this process as long as the bids were <br />sealed. City Attorney Goodrich responded sealed bids were required by law. <br /> <br />7. Special Council Meeting on March 2, 2010 <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated there would be a special Council meeting at 5:30 p.m. on March' <br />2,2010 to discuss the County's Lease. <br /> <br />9.
