REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey will accept proposals for an Agent of <br />Record for the City's health and dental insurance programs and COBRA administration <br />until April 23, 2010, 4:30pm. <br />All Proposals shall be clearly identified as the Agent of Record Proposal for the City of <br />Ramsey. One electronic copy and one hard copy of your proposal should be forwarded <br />to the City at the following email and mailing addresses: <br />City of Ramsey <br />Attn: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />gkone @ci.ramsey.mn.us <br />Proposals will be evaluated and the successful agent(s) will be determined and <br />recommended to the City Council. The City reserves the right to reject any or all <br />proposals, waive formalities, negotiate terms and conditions, and to select the agent <br />and service options that best meet the needs of the City and its employees <br />During the evaluation process, the City of Ramsey reserves the right, where it may <br />serve the City of Ramsey's best interest, to request additional information or <br />clarifications from vendors, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions.
