BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br />The City of Ramsey has 74 full -time regular employees and five part-time regular <br />employees. Full- and part-time regular employees are eligible for health and dental <br />group insurance provided by the City. <br />Since 2004, CBIZ Benefits has served as the City's agent of record for health and <br />dental insurance and COBRA administration. The City offers two deductible plans with <br />VEBAs and one co -pay plan. The VEBA is administered by Genesis Employee <br />Benefits. Approximately 80% of eligible City employees are enrolled in a health plan. <br />
