CASE #: 4c <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING LABOR NEGOTIATIONS STRATEGY <br />By: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />All three of the city's labor contracts expired December 31, 2009. Per Minnesota Statutes <br />13D.03, staff is requesting that the City Council go into closed session to discuss a labor <br />negotiations strategy for the city's three labor contracts.
