2. FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are directed to issue <br />an order -check to pay the claims during the term for the prosecution legal services on the filing of an <br />affidavit of official interest by the interested official, John Dehen, as required under Minn. Stat. <br />§471.89. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was fully seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this day of March, 2010. <br />Its Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Its City Administrator <br />
