BID SECURITY <br />Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a <br />Surety Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check. Upon award of the contract, the successful prime contract <br />bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract.
