Package Includes: <br />Rules of Play <br />Inclement Weather <br />X Green fees X Scoring <br />X Cart fees X Cart signs & scorecards <br />X Range balls Breakfast <br />X $5 Prize Fund ` Lunch <br />_ Golf Clinic Dinner <br />X Full Event Service — OTHER: <br />- Only two riders and two bags per golf cart. <br />- All tournament players must have their own set of clubs, or, may rent clubs from the course. <br />- Sponsoring groups are responsible for all damages to facilities, grounds and power carts. <br />- Power carts must be kept on cart paths at all times where provided. especially on all par three <br />holes and around all tee boxes and greens. At no time shall a power cart be allowed to be driven <br />any closer than 30 feet (10 yards) from greens, tees, and bunkers. A warning will be given and <br />loss of cart privileges may occur. <br />- Individuals are prohibited from tampering with power carts for any reason, especially to <br />increase power. Immediate termination of cart privileges will occur and the sponsoring group will <br />be subject to a $50.00 charge per occurrence. <br />- Please repair all ball marks on the greens. Please use the sand & seed bottles on the power carts <br />and tee boxes to fill all divots throughout play. <br />- For pace of play reasons, we request that all players complete play in 4 hours and 45 minutes. <br />Please limit time looking for lost golf balls. <br />- Dress code: Golfers are expected to wear proper golf attire at all times when on the course and <br />in the clubhouse. Shirts, with sleeves, must be warn at all times. NO jeans, cutoffs, scissor altered <br />shirts, swimsuits, halter tops or tank tops. <br />- Spikeless golf shoes or tennis shoes with flat soles required. Athletic shoes and dress shoes with <br />heels are prohibited. <br />In the event that The Links at Northfork must cancel your function due to weather, the deposit <br />will be refunded. If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions the day of the event, The Links <br />at Northfork will make every effort to reschedule your event to a later date; therefore the deposit <br />will not be refunded. <br />If severe weather sirens and/or air homs are sounded because of weather conditions, everyone <br />must clear the golf course and head to the clubhouse immediately! See procedures below. <br />Partial Rain - Out/Severe Weather <br />Every effort will be made on behalf of The Links at Northfork to complete the golf portion of <br />your function, which most likely will include a delay in play. The delay will not continue so as to <br />leave an unreasonable length of time to conclude the dinner or awards segment of the function. <br />
