We are very pleased you have selected our professional tournament staff to host your event. We will be available every step of the way to assist you in any task to insure a successful event. The following is information and guidelines regarding tournaments and group outings at The Links at Northfork, please read carefully for there are new policies and changes: Deposit A nonrefundable deposit is required along with a signed copy of the contract to secure the event. The Links at Northfork will not hold bookings past the deposit due date. The deposit will be credited towards the total charges incurred. Payment DEPOSIT AMOUNT: $ n/a DATE DUE: The tournament balance must be paid either on or before the day of the event. Guarantee The Links at Northfork must receive a guarantee as to the number of participants 8 days prior to the event. A copy of the pairing sheet listing the player's names and starting times must also be provided 5 days prior to the event. The pairings sheet will then represent the number to be guaranteed at the package price on the event date. If notification is not given, the number of players listed on the original contract becomes the guarantee. If more players arrive at the course on the day of the event, we will attempt to accommodate these customers; however, no guarantees will be made to the availability of space for excess players.
