<br />Mavors' Praver Breakfast <br />Mayor Ramsey stated the Mayors Prayer breakfast is scheduled for Friday, March 19th, at 7:30 <br />a.m. at Lord of Life Church; this is a fundraiser for Youth First. <br /> <br />Wine Tastin!!: ' <br />Mayor Ramsey stated the Ramsey Rotary wine tasting fundraiser will be Thursday, March 11th, <br />at 6:30 p.m. at The Links at Northfork. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parkin!!: <br />Councilmember Wise stated he received a request from some residents to address the new off- <br />street parking ordinance because some residents requested the City become more proactive on <br />this ordinance. He requested that staff work on addressing those properties that are not <br />compliant and to get them cleaned up. <br /> <br />Minnesota Nice <br />Councilmember McGlone announced that a spaghetti dinner, bake sale, and silent auction will be <br />held on Saturday, March 13th, from 4:00-7:30 p.m. at the Elk River American Legion for a <br />Ramsey-based operation called "Minnesota Nice." <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated the Public Works Committee will meet on March 16th at 5:00 <br />p.m. with an HRA meeting to follow. He reported that he attended the NCDA meeting last <br />Thursday evening and they acknowledged the letter from the City requesting negotiations with <br />BNSF; this will be on the agenda at their meeting in April. He stated that the Anoka County <br />Regional Rail Authority will meet on Thursday morning. He also stated that on Friday, a <br />meeting will be held regarding the Coon Rapids dam to discuss repairs needed to the dam. He <br />indicated he will attend the meeting for informational reasons only, and added funding partners <br />are being sought for the dam repairs. He stated this is primarily a Three Rivers Park District and <br />DNR issue; but they are pulling in the local communities and the County as stakeholders on <br />keeping the dam in place. <br /> <br />9.
