The City <br />received the application on August 21, 2009 and attempted to contact you on August 25, 2009. The <br />location of the structure was approved by a Variance approved by the Board of Adjustment, which <br />expired on September 4, 2009. Since the Building Permit has not been issued to date and the expiration <br />date for the Variance has passed, the release of the Building Permit will need to be considered by the City <br />Council.
