Property Management: <br />• Property management/marketing - As of March 1 the City will take over the responsibilities for <br />6701 Hwy 10. Staff will need to make sure the tenants are not having any issues and inspect the <br />building from time to time. The City is marketing the former Holiday Station Store site on Hwy 10 <br />for lease opportunities. Site will need to be maintained at a minimum level to maintain access and <br />to make it more marketable. <br />• Community Revitalization — Sign is up on 5195 (Former Amoco site Hwy 47 & 142nd Street) for <br />marketing purposes. We currently have five (5) parcels for sale for industrial /commercial users. <br />Ramsey Town Center: <br />• Defining Subsidies and what projects are truly catalysts. Combination of our current Business <br />Subsidy policy and other items identified for incentive. <br />• Sands Company — TIF runs and projections. <br />• Flaherty and Collins — TIF runs and projections. <br />• Goldstar — TIF runs and projections . <br />• ICSC Las Vegas, May 23 -25 (Marketing materials, dashboard, booth set -up) <br />• ICSC Chicago, October (direction to be determined after ICSC Vegas) <br />Ralf Program Management: <br />• Appraisal Process on RALF Projects- Coordinate work of Tinklenberg Group and Atty Goodrich <br />regarding acquisitions in the corridor, negotiate leases as needed. <br />• Property Management - On -going management of RALF properties once acquired, managing lease <br />agreements, maintaining property files, managing lease marketing. <br />Communications and General Information <br />• General inquiries - Answer property tax related questions and run tax and TIF estimates for <br />industrial projects. <br />• Chamber article —bi- annual business update. <br />• Business Spotlight articles - Done for every Ramsey Resident. Pick an interesting business, <br />interview them, and promo them in the Ramsey Resident. <br />• Business Spotlight QCTV —Work with QCTV to tape a show highlighting a local business, 2 -5 <br />times a year. <br />• Village Bank Network Group — Participate and provide an update to the group regarding <br />economic development activity in the City. <br />• EDA Website - Update listings as brokers provide new information. Call phone numbers listed for <br />properties 2 -3 times a year to make sure they are valid and check for available space and asking <br />prices. <br />• Update MNPRO site and listing information. This is done at a minimum twice a year and when <br />the most current tax info is available. <br />• Starlite System - Anoka County. <br />• Current Business List — Work with Chandra Kreyer, PD to keep list current. Try to get out and <br />verify vacancies and be sure to coordinate when a new business moves in. This list is used to <br />create a mailing list for the Business Expo and the Business Appreciation day event. <br />2 <br />
