Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in the <br />Alexander Ramsey Room of the Municipal Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeff Wise <br />Members Absent: Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Deputy City Administrator/Dir of Comm. Dev. Heidi Nelson <br />City Attorney William K. Goodrich <br />Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Dehen and seconded by Councilmember Wise to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Dehen, Wise, Elvig and <br />McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Jeffrey and Look. <br />4.01 Consider Offer to Lease Property Located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />sob' <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that this item was on last Tuesday's Council agenda; <br />however, there was some confusion about the term of the proposed lease. He stated the <br />term is July 1, 2010 — June 30, 2015, with one five -year option to extend exercisable <br />solely on the County's discretion and two five -year options to extend requiring both City <br />Special City Council — March 2, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
